  Aparna Sarovar Grandé comprises of 720 Luxury Lifestyle Apartments of which 80 are Premium Apartments and 640 are Regular Apartments.

Premium Spaces as large as 3670 Sft, 3695 Sft, 3710 Sft, 3735 Sft, 3840 Sft, 3870 Sft and 3875 Sft.

5 Are internal changes in the Apartments possible?
  As a policy no customization is allowed. However, to accommodate, small requests are accepted before the brick work on the apartment is completed. Customer Care Personnel will facilitate these changes subject to 100% payment on the estimate provided.
6 What are the facilities being provided for the Community Living?

  No.  It saves cost.
9 When will construction of the project commence?

10 Will construction happen as per plan/schedule?
  The construction of apartment/tower type follows a construction schedule which is communicated to the buyer as the construction progresses for their apartment.
11 Will the buildings be earthquake proof?
  The buildings are earthquake proof as the structures are built to withstand Wind and Seismic Loads.
12 What will be the initial booking amount?
  The initial booking amount is 20% of the Total Unit Value.
13 How do I get an allotment?
  You get an allotment (or apartment is blocked for you) once you sign the Booking Application Form and pay the initial booking amount of 20% of the total cost of  the apartment chosen.
14 When will I get an allotment?
  You will get the allotment upon the realization of the booking amount for the apartment chosen.
15 Can I do a 100% down payment? Will I get a benefit if I do so?
  Yes.  When you do a 100% down payment for the apartment, the company will pay the deferred rate of interest on the remaining payable amount (subject to company’s discretion).
16 What is the cost of an apartment in Aparna  Sarovar Grande?
  Regular: The basic cost of a Regular Apartment starts from Rs. 5199/- per sq.ft and Rs. 5299/- per sq.ft onwards for West and East Facing along with the applicable additional charges respectively.
